EVERYBODY BELONGS AT CLINIGEN.
We’re committed to creating a workplace that maximises the potential of all people, where everyone is supported, recognized, and celebrated. As a global company, we strive to reflect the diversity of the communities and patients we serve within our own working environment.
How do we bring D&I to life at Clinigen?
We are a member of Target Gender Equality, an accelerator programme of the United Nations Global Compact that calls for bold action in setting and reaching ambitious corporate targets for women’s representation and leadership in business. We’re proud to report that approximately 60% of our global staff identify as women.
In 2021, we joined The Valuable 500, a global campaign unlocking the value of the 1.3 billion people living with disabilities around the world. Working alongside other Valuable 500 member companies, we’re influencing change from the top down within our business to shape a more inclusive society.
Specifically within Clinigen, we work hard to provide all colleagues with the resources they need to do their best work. We remove barriers that could prevent our ways of working from being inclusive and accessible to all.
To feel like you can bring your most authentic self to work helps everybody feel a sense of belonging. It’s good for individuals, and good for business. We promote a culture of belonging by honouring important events like Pride and Women’s History Month with virtual events and educational resources.
Companies don’t become more inclusive through any single effort; true inclusion takes place in daily interactions and decisions, and without regular opportunities for people to learn and grow, it’s easy to lose sight of what we must do to continue being inclusive to all. We offer workshops on inclusion in the workplace, unconscious bias, and providing the right support for each individual so that inclusion stays at the front of everyone’s minds.
