Well-being

Healthy colleagues are happy colleagues. We provide support across different areas of well-being with large focuses on mental health and physical health.

Nearly 100% of our leadership team members are trained on how to support employees through possible mental health issues, and how to promote good mental health.

As far as physical well-being, colleagues have enjoyed global fitness competitions, virtual workout classes, charity race events, and regular programming around staying physically fit.

Flexible working

We actively support flexible working to meet the needs of our employees and their individual circumstances. That could mean customized work schedules, or a balance between office and remote working.

Personal development

Every Clinigen colleague has a development plan to enable professional and personal growth. Leadership development programs, individual and team development tools, language learning, job shadowing, sponsorship for professional qualifications, and a huge library of online courses are some of our learning opportunities available to all employees.

Awards

We have multiple programs that enable us to recognise our people on a regular basis. These include our bi-monthly MAD (Making a Difference) Awards, annual Employee of the Year Awards, and Long-Term Service Recognition Awards – all with the goal of celebrating our people and the success we achieve.

Reward framework

We provide clarity and transparency on our reward systems and practices, including how we manage pay and incentives as well as career progression and growth.

This common framework ensures fairness in process and encourages our people to know more and be more actively involved in reward-related topics.
